The 2023 Development Co-operation Forum (DCF) will emphasize the human dimension of development co-operation, focusing on the lives and livelihoods of people that development co-operation is meant to serve. To navigate the evolving, multiple crises worldwide and rescue the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the quality and impact of international development co-operation must be significantly enhanced.
