UN Women: recommendations on how to reduce gender-based violence during the COVID-19 pandemic

UN Women published an interesting brief which highlights emerging evidence of the impact of the recent global pandemic of COVID-19 on violence against women and girls. It provides recommendations to be considered by all sectors of society, including cities and local governments, in order to prevent and respond to violence against women and girls.
